Parents Use Baby Einstein In A Variety Of Ways
Daycare provider recommends Baby Einstein products to parents:
“My name is Janine Clarke and I am a caregiver for 1 year olds.
One day a parent asked me if I had ever heard of the Baby Einstein videos.
I told him that I have not heard of them. He then offered to bring some
in for us to view. We watched the first one yesterday-it was Baby Mozart.
The kids went CRAZY for it! They were glued to the television (all 12
of them!). They were pointing at the screen and naming all the things
they saw. Today we watched another one-Baby Bach, and we had the same
response! What surprised me most was how all 12 of my children sat for
the whole video (a half an hour)! I think this was very well done and
an incredibly smart idea. Since watching these tapes and listening to
the CD's, I have recommended it to all the parents and other teachers
to invest in this product, because it is well worth it!” top

Deb uses our CD's for car rides. The music is even enjoyable for non-parent
passengers:
“We have several of the DVDs and CDs. Recently the Baby Mozart saved
our sanity during our 7-month-old son's first bad cold. All of us were
sick and if it weren't for that video to calm the baby, I don't know how
frazzled we'd be now. The CDs are great for the car. They allow me to
play Michael's music while driving without driving my non-parent passengers
mental with kid's stuff. They don't even realize they're listening to
'children's music'.” top of page
Maricella uses Baby Einstein videos to help her son enter his 'relax'
mode:
“I first heard of Baby Einstein in all of my baby magazines and
it caught my attention. When our son was 3 months old he would get fussy
and we tried everything to calm him down. Well, one day we went shopping
and saw Baby Mozart on the shelf along with other children's videos. I
looked at my husband and said what do we have to lose? We brought the
video home and put it in the vcr immediately. We were absolutely astonished
at how our son's eyes were instantly fixed to the television screen and
he got into relax mode. He is now 6 months old and our Baby Einstein video
collection is growing. He loves all of the videos! The videos have been
lifesavers for us many times! Thank you for creating such a wonderful
product!” top of page
Becky's son enjoys our Violet series books even at 1 month old:
“I bought the Violet chubby books for my son before he was born.
At about 1 month of age, I got them down to share with him. I didn't really
expect him to interact with them at this point, but I was so surprised.
He hung on my every word and loved the illustrations from the first reading.
I told my mom to read to him if he got fussy with her. I told her 'he
just loves those books'. She thought I was overreacting to his interest,
but noticed the same thing when she read them to him. Thank you so much
for such enjoyable books. I look forward to buying more as they become
available.”
Drew takes his Baby Einstein videos with him for comfort during his hospital
stay:
“My son, Drew, is 10 months old and has already undergone one major
operation to correct a birth defect and is getting ready for his second
operation. The first stay in the hospital was extremely difficult for
him and us. When he was moved into his hospital room, we were lucky to
find a copy of Baby Shakespeare. We have several of the videos at home
and the familiar images and music distracted him from his pain and discomfort.
We have already packed all his videos for his upcoming hospital stay!”
